  • HOW ARE MADE BY ELLIE PRODUCTS?

All of our soaps are made with pure vegetable oils and luxurious butters. We are committed to using cruelty and parabens free ingredients, one soap at a time.

As byEllie products are handmade from scratch and wrapped by hand, slight variations in size, shape weight and color may be present. Please note that the quality of the bar remains the same and will be just as enjoyable.


  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days, after receipt of payment, by registered mail. A tracking number will be provided in order to check the delivery status (for international orders).
 

Estimated Shipping*:
Portugal: 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Elsewhere: 2-4 weeks

*schedules according to the Portuguese Mail Services

Be aware that during Christmas time it will probably take longer. Schedule variations depend also on the customs of each country.

 We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. 


  • I LIVE OUTSIDE EUROPE. CAN I PURCHASE BY ELLIE PRODUCTS?

For orders outside Europe: Send us an email (in Menu > Contact) before ordering. Once we know the country you live in and what you'd like to purchase, we will inform you with the shipping costs.


  • CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

Yes. If you are sending a present to a dear one, please let us know and we will happily write a personalized card from you.


  • HOW PAYMENTS ARE MADE?

Payments are made by PayPal and Stripes as they provide a secure method. Already paid for orders cannot be amended. We do not see or retain your credit card information or details.


  • I LIVE OUTSIDE EUROPE. WILL I PAY TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES IF I MAKE AN ORDER?

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on shipments outside the European Union, as these are the responsibility of the purchase.


  • CAN I MAKE A CANCELATION?

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within one week of receiving the item and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Shipping charges will not be refunded.


  • WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your name, address and email will serve only to process your order and to be able to offer you the best possible service with your purchase. 

We don't sell or pass on any of our customers' details to any other parties.
